1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@littlelook.online within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Clear images/videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
